Key Responsibilities:

Performing Routine Maintenance:

This includes tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and facilities.

Troubleshooting and Repairing Issues:

Identifying and resolving problems with equipment, machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building systems.

Preventative Maintenance:

Implementing and carrying out preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Responding to Emergency Situations:

Addressing urgent maintenance needs and ensuring quick repairs to prevent further damage or disruption.

Maintaining Inventory:

Keeping track of supplies, parts, and equipment used for maintenance tasks.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Working with Others:

Collaborating with other staff members, contractors, and vendors as needed.

Performing General Maintenance Tasks:

This may include painting, landscaping, carpentry, and other general upkeep tasks.

Assisting with Installations:

Participating in the installation of new equipment and systems.

Training Others:

Assisting in training other staff members on the operation and maintenance of equipment.

Quality Control:
Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Staying Up to Date:
Keeping up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends regarding maintenance.
