Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kickstart your career in the Cement Industry? Our EiT program is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry experts, and work on impactful projects.
Requirements:
*Education Background: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
*Graduation Year: Must have graduated no later than 2022.
*National Service: Must have completed National Service.
*Age: Must not be more than 27 years old by December 2024.
Expectation:Upon completion of the EiT program, a trainee will gain:
*Practical experience and knowledge of the entire cement production process
*A sound understanding of plant equipment, functions, and operational procedures.
*A basic understanding of other business lines and business relevant functions
*Well-founded theoretical knowledge of cement production
